The Joy of Stinkies!

We experienced the joys of "the potty" the other night. Joshua sat on his potty and grunted and made those "sweet" facial expressions one makes when doing a "stinky." And to our suprise, he actually left somthing in his potty for us. Wow, who would have thought that this would be the highlight of one's week!

This isn't a jinx, is it?

Yeah! Thank you Joshua for sleeping through the night and getting up at 6:12 AM. What a difference it makes when you sleep well and don't wake up until the morning!

Whose turn is it?

We take it back, our son doesn't sleep through the night. What time was it this morning when he started crying so hard he was hyperventilating? Oh yeah, it was 4:00 AM. Honey, is it your turn or mine? Our son who was sleeping through the night (exception was when he was sick) since he was 11 weeks old decided that he isn't going to do so anymore. At 4:45 AM, we are like, "you gotta be kidding me!" But the funny thing is, while we were frustrated and pissed at 5:00 AM b/c he wasn't going back to sleep, we were praising him and saying, "how awesome is Josh" at 6:45 AM. He points to himself in the mirror and said, "Josh." Okay, we forgive and forgot all about that craziness from this morning. Cross your fingers that Kevin and I get a good night sleep -- we desperately need it!
