A Hot Summer Day at the Pool

On Sunday, we cooled down at the pool. It wasn't as exhausting as his party the day before, but going to the pool is a lot of work since J-man is on the "go go go" non-stop. Joshua likes to go to the pool. This is his second pool season and he enjoys it even more this year than last year. His favorite things to do are go down the slide, play with other kids, especially his buddy Harrison, and play with his water toys. Look how he's grown in the past year!

Notice how Joshua's thinned out some. He's a big boy now and can play w/o us holding on to him every second on the steps now. Kevin and Joshua are filling up his water gun. He's about to get in trouble b/c he keeps trying to drink the water and we won't let him b/c it's just gross.

We had such a nice birthday weekend. The party was a huge success and a lot of fun. Opening gifts and the party coupled with pool time made an awesome weekend for Joshua. Thanks to everyone who made his birthday so special!
