Seagrove 2008

Our annual, summer beach trip was to Seagrove, Florida. We rented a beautiful house with the Webers and the Harrisons - 6 kids and 6 adults! It was a wonderful vacation and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The Wrights came down and stayed at Ellen's parents' house in Destin so we hooked up with them a couple of times too. My Mom put it so well the other day when I recapped the week's events for her when she said, "you really are lucky to have such good friends with children the boys' age who get along so well." We really are! Highlights of the trip:
1) Me teaching Kate how to make a claw and meowing - sorry Jenn
2) Hollis crashing w/ the boys the last night and telling her joke - Hollis: "Why did the poo-poo cross the road? Joshua: "I don't know." Hollis: To ride the golf cart - he he he." Harrison: "Go to sleep"
3) Caleb having 6 breakfasts one morning
4) Caleb introducing Luke to turkey and ham
5) Harrison and Joshua playing in the pool
6) Hearing about how Joshua finally got to ride the single go-cart (his first two attempts were met w/ a ruler saying he wasn't tall enough and it about broke my heart when he said, "maybe next year b/c I'm too little now.")
7) Dinner at Harbour Docks - it's now a tradition! You can't beat fried shrimp, Pina coladas, beer, mountain dew and boats!
8) The adults won't agree - the kids dancing to the beat box

and most of all, spending time w/ our family and friends!

It's hard to get a good shot of all us smiling at the same time.

Milman boys - third generation - what handsome boys they are!

The ocean - beautiful!
